That 88 mm waist width is pretty much perfect for anything and everything out there on the hill. From moguls and trees to steeps and bowls, the Ripstick 88 W is the perfect companion. The build is pretty advanced, with a wood core that is lined with two carbon tubes on the sides. These increase the fore/aft flex of the ski and make it damper when you encounter bumps and chop. On the groomers, the Amphibio rocker profile puts a ton of power and strength on your inside edges, and this creates some clean, smooth, and powerful carves.

The uphill edges are lighter and more maneuverable, so it feels like you're able to transition from edge to edge with a ton of smoothness and ease. In the powder and crud, the rocker profile makes the rougher snow feel a lot smoother, and this is an excellent use of the ski, especially for all-mountain skiers in the intermediate to expert levels. Vapor tip inserts replace the wood with a lighter composite material, making a lighter swing weight for skiers looking for quicker turns and higher mobility. This is ideal for that all-mountain skier who skis a variety of terrain in lots of different snow types.

To take advantage of this free mounting, you must provide your Boot Sole Length (BSL) by messaging us. If this is for a NORDIC ski, we just need your EU boot size in order to mount. Read below for more information on BSL.

Where to Find Your Boot Sole Length (BSL). The boot sole length is not your foot size or boot size; it is a millimeter measurement of the boot shell. Ski boot manufacturers emboss this measurement into the plastic shell at the heel or under the arch. The number will fall between 255-365mm for an adult ski boot.

This number will be greater than your mondo boot size eg. A mondo size of 23.5 commonly has a BSL of 275mm. Please include the "mm" unit to indicate that the number given is the BSL and not the mondo size. For taking Ski + Binding to a certified ski shop before use to make final adjustments and do a safety release check.
