Thanks to their Carbon Line Technology, the skis get a boost of carbon over the inside edges, and this helps make that carved turn a lot more precise and grippy. The cool thing is that they're able to accomplish all of this without adding the weight of a metal laminate. Keeping it all wood and carbon is pretty cool these days, and it helps Elan distinguish itself from the competition.

The shovels are light and floaty thanks to the Vapor Tip inserts, but the underfoot and tail of the ski are very responsive and energetic.
